Like Joseph's vision, every God-given vision will go through process. The first stage is the receiving stage. You receive a vision, a revelation or understanding of purpose. It could be in a particular area of your life or for your life in general. The declaration or acceptance of vision usually breeds opposition or rejection, which is phase two.

Check Moses too in Exodus chapter 3. It may take a while to truly receive your vision from God. The rejection phase can be long or short but it will always be there. It is all part of the process. The third stage is the dying stage when it looks like this can never be. For Joseph, it was the stage he was sold as a slave. Vision will always preserve your life. When you embrace God's vision for your life you will be preserved for its fulfillment. That was why Joseph was not killed. You will not die if you are on course for God's purpose for your life. The next stage is the testing stage. You will be tried and your response will determine the outcome. This is usually the longest of stages before the actual fulfillment. The Word of God will try you and expose whatever is inside you. There are things in us that will hinder the fulfillment of God's will in our lives. This testing stage is to help get rid of them. Too many of us want to sail in and fulfill God's will for our lives and sometimes wonder why all hell breaks loose on us.

Everything in the Kingdom of God must pass through God's process to be proved, tested and established. Now the enemy means it for destruction but God will work out his will if you stay true to Him and allow uprightness of heart to prevail in you. The reason for a lot of Ishmael visions is that we allow human ideas to prevail in the fulfillment of God's will like Abraham and Sarah did. Yes, God did say he was going to have a child but the means they went through was not His way of bringing it about. So today many who have a genuine vision from God are employing other means to fulfill the vision and we are birthing Ishmael visions not Isaac the child of promise. The death process of the vision is usually the last that preceded the birthing of the vision in the real sense. The vision has gone through death burial and now resurrection.

The next stage is the birthing stage, you realize that things have come of age, maturity has set in, opportunity meets preparedness, the doors open without your forcing them down. You have been prepared, the time is right for the assignment; the equipment within you has been sharpened for this time. Your prayers are on target, the intensity and reality hit you with such a conviction and you know you were born for a time such as this.

The next stage is the actualization stage: you get cracking and deliver the goods. God is glorified and you are satisfied in your heart. Fulfillment comes when you enter the next stage: multiplying stage when others begin to benefit from your vision you have started the next stage of your vision. Every stage has its lessons and growth. Your maturity has come into an obvious display of God's presence and power in your life. Joseph said you meant it for evil but God meant it for good. Others came into God's blessings as a result of Joseph's vision. God's vision has always been for the blessings of others. You have to carry and allow it to be processed in you for humanity to be blessed through your vision.

This stage of the vision can last your whole lifetime. It does not have to die if you can pass the baton from one generation to the other. It could be slightly redefined, it will be the same passion and conviction passed from one generation to another. Keep the vision God gave you and go through the process with a right attitude, let that vision preserve you as you preserve the conviction and persevere in the process. Stay on the winning side. The best is yet to come for you are on the winning side. Say Amen if you believe it.

The power of Vision. God's vision for your life will preserve you. You cannot kill a visioner who is on course with God's vision for their life. You are protected within God's vision that you are pursuing. The vision will keep you through all the stages of development. As you go through process the vision matures in you. The vision will keep you from sin like it did Joseph. If you are focused on the Lord and you keep the vision pure before you, the vision will keep you from sin and contamination. Do not allow God's vision for your life to be polluted with rivalry, competitive jealousy and carnal desires of the flesh. That vision will keep you pure. Sin is a destroyer of destiny and Satan will hold you in condemnation if you allow him. Keep yourself pure; remember we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ. Repent and go on if you fall.

The vision will cause you to grow as it grows in you. You will be bigger than unforgiveness and bitterness. It will also deliver you from insecurity and the things that plague people with small minds. The vision will give you what it takes to help the vision of others. It will deliver to you authority in life after you have passed the tests and wilderness experience. God bless you as you let the vision speak for it will not tarry.
